I'm Lucas, an Amsterdam-based post-producer and project manager. I run VFX, motion, compositing, colour and AI together with brands, agencies and studios.

My role is to give the work its final polish before the big reveal. Backgrounds in technical art and on-set production allow me to understand both the creative potential and technical constraints of a shot. Bridging the gap between clients and specialists, I improve communication, align teams, and ensure the final deliverable meets the highest standards.

Having spent most of my career on multi-studio projects with teams spread across time zones, managing international lifecycles is second nature to me. Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, I seamlessly integrate directly into existing workflows.
